Booking request terms

A request, not a booking

The form on this website lets you send an availability request. A request is not a confirmed booking: your stay is confirmed only when the owners send you an explicit confirmation.

What happens after you send it

1. You receive a request code and, if the email service is active, a receipt at the address you provided.
2. The owners check the dates and reply by confirming, suggesting alternatives or declining the request.
3. A request that is not handled expires automatically after the period shown in the summary, with no commitment for you.

Prices

When rates are configured, the website shows an estimate calculated on the server, with any cleaning fee, extras and tourist tax listed separately. Without rates it shows "Price on request". The final price is the one stated in the confirmation.

Payments

The website does not request or collect payment details. Payment methods and deadlines are communicated by the owners with the confirmation.

Cancellation

House rules

• Check-in 15:00–18:00; check-out 08:00–10:30.
• Minimum age to check in: 18.
• No smoking; no parties, events or pets.
• Quiet hours: 23:00–07:00.
• The apartment is not available for hen/stag parties or similar events.

At check-in, an identity document is required for every guest, as required by Italian law for accommodation providers. TO BE CHECKED with the owner
