Data collected and purposes

• Availability requests: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and optional notes, to reply to the request and manage any stay (legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject).
• Contact form: name, email, optional phone and message, to reply (legal basis: the data subject's request).
• Technical data: to protect forms from spam and abuse we store an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of the IP address, not the address itself.

The website does not use data for marketing and does not pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Providers

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and data is stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Neon Inc. (Frankfurt region). Emails are sent through Google (Gmail). These providers act as data processors. TO BE CHECKED

Retention

TO BE DEFINED by the controller: e.g. unconfirmed requests deleted after 12 months; stay data kept for legal obligations

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to the controller. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
